Admissions FAQs

When do we begin the admission process?

The admission process for new kindergarten applicants begins the year prior to entry. While we encourage families to look at Holy Spirit early, we do not accept applications until the end of January of the year before the student will enroll.

Preschool admissions begin at the end of January and continues throughout the school year, if openings exist.

Admission of students grades 1-8 are welcome throughout the school year.

When do we submit the application?

We strongly encourage parents to submit their application as soon as they are able to insure a spot for their child.

When will parents be notified of admission decisions?

Letters of admission or letters regarding the status of admission are sent within two weeks of receipt of application.

In addition to tuition are there other fees or other expenses?

The only additional fees relate to optional programs, such as:

  • Preschool Breakfast & Lunch Bunch
  • Lunch (K-8)
  • Band (5-8)
  • Extended Day (K-5)
  • Holy Spirit Theatre (K-8)
  • Athletics (6-8 ; except swimming which is K-8)
