"Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received. Whoever serves must do so with the strength God supplies so that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ."
1 Peter: 4
We are all called at baptism to walk as a child of the light in Christ. Liturgical Ministry is an extraordinary way for us to live out this baptismal call. Liturgical ministers are drawn closer to the mystery of Christ’s presence in the Liturgy while also providing service. Those called to a liturgical ministry imitate Christ in their action in the liturgy and build up the kingdom of God on earth.
How can you become involved in Liturgical Ministry? Easy!
- To the right you will see the areas of Liturgical Ministry listed. Click on one of those areas for more information on how to get involved or
- Call the parish office for more information.
Training varies by position. No experience is necessary to become involved.
Scheduling is done on a quarterly basis. When signing up, ministers are asked for their preferred Mass times for serving. If a minister is scheduled to serve and a conflict arises, it is the responsibility of the minister to find a substitute. Ministers are provided a list of fellow ministers in order to find a substitute.
